• bUser-initiated deletion: You may delete all your data at any time from your dashboard, or export a copy of all your data in machine-readable format (JSON). Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• cInactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be automatically deleted after prior email notification.
• dCompleted applications: Application records associated with a completed (paid and generated) firearm licence motivation are retained for 2 years from the date of completion, after which they are scheduled for permanent deletion.
